All data is housed on a secure server hosted by Atlantic.NET, a SSAE 16 Type II HIPAA and HITRUST security certified hosting center.
The server is secured through both on-site measures and by a suite of powerful and robust security software.
In addition, all sensitive data is protected by technology standard encryption methods.
Access to the HERMES platform is on an authorization-only basis.
User and Facility identities are verfied by an end-to-end authentication service provided by IDology Inc.
Only verified, registered users with secure logins may access their appropriate data.
All facilities must also agree to a Business Associate Agreement and a Services Agreement promising proper use.
